I have to admit I'm not a big one on voice actors. I will say a single name right now though because faye-san will murder me if I don't get it into this discussion as soon as possible...

awesome awesome awesome. For those that don't know: Tamaki in Ouran, Fye in Tsubasa, Zero in VK on and on the list goes... Oh and Dark from DNAngel.
The only other thing I will say here is - has anyone heard of Daisuke Kirii? Nope I didn't think so. Kirii-san has a wonderful part in the lovely Ouran High School Host Club. He plays Mori-senpai. That's right. The silent one. Mori has about one utterance of "uh-huh" every so often or says "Mitsukuni" every so often when talking to Honey. So yeah, not got a great voice apparently? Well there you would be wrong. Anyone who is an Ouran fan and has not yet done so I immediately order you to download the Ouran songs. This is an album of each voice actor (japanese that is) singing a song for each of their characters. Mori's is Itsumo Soba Ni. Listen to it once. Cry from it's sheer beauty. And then you can come on here and tell me what a crime against humanity it is that a guy with that voice was cast a the most silent character.
Oh and Vic Mignogna btw has done an english version of Tamaki's song Guilty Beauty Love which is PRICELESS ^^. Youtube is your friend ^^. |

Yes yes yes, Johnny Yong Bosch and Vic Mignogna!!! We musn't forget Christopher Sabat either for his amazing roles of Kurogane in Tsubasa Chronicles and Kikuchio in Samurai 7!! (Yes, and his many, many roles in Dragon Ball Z....) I'd have to say that those three are probably my favourite English voice actors, though I do love Lex Lang for his part as Sanosuke in Rurouni Kenshin though - he also has a few really awesome songs as well  As for Japanese seiyu's, I would definitely say that my absolute favourite is Nakai Kazuya as he plays my favourite character EVER - Hijikata Toshiro in Gintama. He also has some other really nice roles, such as Mugen from Samurai Champloo!! I seem to be able to spot his voice from a mile away as well. For instance, when I was watching 07-Ghost, one of the "baddie" characters that barely says anything, Captain Katsuragi, I spotted who it was after about ten seconds xD Yeah, I'm a little obsessed.... ^^" |

People who like checking out their favorie Seiyu should totally check Yaois lol. There are SO many people who do voices for Yaois as well as stuff considered more "appropriate".
The japanese voice of Renji from Bleach rather likes a bit of the Yaoi especially lol. |

I'm a terrible seiyuu fangirl; my favourites are Jun Fukuyama, Daisuke Ono and Takahiro Sakurai, but I'm quickly gaining more favourites after playing the Starry Sky otome games and listening to the drama CDs (SO MANY DELICIOUS VOICES mmmmm)

I'm also falling in love with Tomokazu Sugita, I thought he was good as Kyon in Haruhi Suzumiya but after playing Starry Sky I officially love him <33333 eee Kanata, my love! ;_;

I... I downloaded all of the Starry Sky drama CDs, even though I don't understand a word of them, just because they sound so pretty ;___; Aaah, Starry Sky is my favourite series by far, and it's becoming an anime at Christmas so I'm so, so excited! Also, regarding Western voice actors, one of my favourites is Chris Patton, mainly for Ikki in Air Gear - but I've met him at a couple of conventions and he's a lovely bloke too!

Ahhhh Chris Patton is good too! I don't think I've heard him in a lot, but looking through his list on myanimelist, there are definitely a few characters that I know and love ^_^

At Kitacon earlier in the year, me and a bunch of other people ended up in his hotel room eating chips and watching crappy TV! It was a beautiful moment~

I loved Travis as Kanda, but then I haven't really watched the sub with Takahiro Sakurai who's voice I absolutely adore in everything I've heard him in.
Totally did NOT know that Jason Liebrecht voiced Hei though!!! I've not heard the dub, and Hidenobu Kiuchi does a nice job of the dub. I can't imagine Syaoran's voice coming out of Hei - I may have to watch this just to believe it! xD
Agreed on Todd as Allen though.... They couldn't have cast that better. He's got an awesome voice ^_^
