First one -
Find it a little hard to focus my eye on the centre figure - there's a lot going on in the background. I'd either dim out the bg a little, or make the figure stand out either through saturation or contrast, or with a severe black shadow line? Other than that it looks good and the colour palette is perfect - nothing looks out of place.
Second one -
Totally love this one - can find no criticism ^^. |

I'm really digging the lighting and effects in the top sig! :'D I absolutely love the blue in it! It actually sort of reminds me of a jump/cut out in a tv show in the title sequence maybe highlighting a character or something! ;3;
