[17/10/10] Code Changes

Hey everyone! I just wanted to let you know about a few changes I've made to the code today.

• The personal messages link. There is now a link at the top of your page for global access to your PMs. This means that you can click on it and access your PMs from anywhere on the forum, rather than going back to the home page. Only prob is that I cannot make it do the "you have X new messages". That you do have to go to the main board for. But at least you have a link now to get to them from anywhere else.
  
• New posts image. You'll see that there is now a new posts image on the main page. This is very simple. If there is a new post that you have no seen in that board, the image will appear instead of the folder.
  
• The announcements box. In response to some confusion over which announcements were concerned with EACON and which with the forum, I have now created an announcements box. You will see in when viewing any full board. It says - "Forum Annoucements: (Hide/Show)". Click on it once and the announcements for the forum will appear below it. Click on it again and it will disappear. I hope that this clears up the confusion.

I would also like to make a formal apology to IceBladeAskante because these were her ideas and it has taken me some time to put them in action.

The code I still have left to try and find is a "view topics you have posted in" link which I have promised to try and look up for Jimmeh. (At least I think it was Jimmeh).

I hope this is all okay with you guys and if something isn't working in this code please can you tell me ASAP and I shall try and fix it ^^.
