Actually, the Rocky Horror episode of Glee was shown Halloween week And to be fair, people that liked the glee version of Don't Stop Believing probably haven't heard the original version. Still not planning to watch HP though. Trying to think what films I have watched recently... none really. Been watching my old Transformers DVDs and Red Vs Blue Also re-watched The Lost Room, which to be fair, was originally aired as 3 feature-length episodes (90-ish minutes each), so those were film-like. Such an underrated series that any fantasy fan should watch.

I agreed to go see Sweeney Todd, not knowing anything about it, only to find out as it started that it was by Tim Burton. The film that followed was just painful for me >_>

I don't like the styling he uses, so Sweeney Todd were pretty much unbearable. The only film of his I like is the Batman film he did, and I like that despite Burton.

Last film I saw was Scott Pilgrim vs. the World. Most enjoyable film I have ever seen. :'D

I did very much enjoy Scott Pilgrim, but not as much as everyone else it seems. Maybe it'll be better on subsequent views, as I plan to get the DVD once it's out. Also plan to import the boxset of the books when I have some money

Oh, I'm most certainly getting it on DVD as soon as possible, it's one film I can see myself rewatching several times XD

I doubt I'll get much in the way of Xmas money, so I may have to acquire a copy of Scott Pilgrim in another fashion.
That being said, I'm buying less DVDs now, as the format is being phased out (albeit slowly), and I'd rather just wait until either (a) I get a PS3/Blu-Ray Player/Drive and get BDs or (b) everything goes digital with cheap, legal and quality streaming and downloads.

Haha I probably sounded so pompous there - 'ooh buying it with my xmas money, mmhm I know I'm gonna be rich!!' - but I only say it 'cause I know both sets of grandparents will be giving me money because they never know what to do, presents-wise XD I'm quite happy with DVDs though, since I will probably never be able to afford a PS3/blu-ray player in my /life/ orz orz orz Makes sense to buy less though, I remember when things were on 'video and DVD!' and now it's 'DVD and blu-ray!' ... makes me wonder what's gonna be next :'D

I imagine it'll still be Blu-Ray, as I did read about someone making a 1TB BD, but the problem was it took quite a bit of time to read and write to. I didn't mean to imply that I thought you were rich, just that I have little in the way of income, and won't get a huge amount over Xmas. My money is usually just enough to cover me going out to be a little social, but not particularly extravagant

Christmas is the worst time of year for money :'D
But yes. Films! ... I'm actually pretty terrible when it comes to films, I've seen Scott Pilgrim recently and... that's about it? Oh, but I'm going to a Sky HD party to watch Inception next weekend so that should be interesting, I've heard good things~~

Inception is something I would consider watching if it were put in front of me.
