I played the recorder in primary for a few years. Never practised, so never got very good. Same with guitar in high school.
But then again, that was before I was actually interested in music.

Oh, I still know how to play the recorder, thinking about it. XD I was in the school recorder group in primary school~

I hated recorders, especially the fact you'd be given a second one in primary school, they didn't even wash them, and you had no idea where they'd been. Ugh.
And on the subject of musical instruments, I can play the triangle.

Ye recorders were definitely gross in school lol.
Also if you don't know how to blow into them right they make the most awful noise... :S
((i just re-read that I bet someone's gonna be able to make something dirty out of it... lol))

Lol totally true.
I happen to personally be what some people might call "gross" but I don't really care. I'm kinda like - "hey you all probably ate mud as kids so leave me alone if I picked up a sweet that i dropped on the floor and ate it because of the 3 second rule!"...
