We have had confirmation that EACON will be being held at the University of East Anglia, from the 5th-7th of September!!
This is all very exciting and we shall point you in the direction of our lovely EACON website when it is up and running. (Now that we have a confirmed location we can create one and put all the information on there). |

Oh yay, we can celebrate your birthday with you!!!!  I've already been working on the site for EACON, but as uni has decided to make me busy over Easter, I'll be getting it ready for June, hopefully! ^_^ |

But until then of course you guys need to get busy on this board and let us know all the fun things you want us to do or the people you want us to invite, because, as Flawless says, as soon as that site hits the online world we're going to be inviting people. Your deadline is June people ^^ then faye-san and I will be taking the ball and running lol.

Not yet.
And it wasn't that we did this on purpose - it was the only weekend that worked for both us and the venue... :S
We're going to have to re-check if Akemi Solloway and the other guests we have wanting to attend can still do it because of the ALcon clash.
However, Mike either runs ALcon the first or second weekend in September. As this is his pattern we're going to send him an email asking him politely whether he would mind doing his on the second weekend. Then we don't clash and he keeps his pattern of the first or second weekend. Or if he minds doing the weekend that bridges the end of Aug, start of Sep. If he refuses then we'll just have to clash... :S |
