Well the weekend is almost over and I'm not quite sure where exactly its gone to. I literally blinked and missed it! Dyed by hair black yesterday (not sure what I think of it or if it suits me but its easy enough to change) then realised that my eyebrows were seriously in need of attention and because I'm lazy made the trip into town to part with a tenner and get them done rather than spend an hour squinting into a mirror making a hash of it meself.
Do you know what I realised today? Waterproof mascara isn't that waterproof when there's so much rain falling on you that you'd be drier standing in the shower. That was the task that had to be accomplished today whether I liked it or not - I couldn't take one more comment about the pile of broken up bookshelf in the garage, so off to the local recycling centre I went. I kid you not, I had my foot poised and ready to exit the car when the heavens opened. Not by day. On returning home doing a good impersonation of a drowned rat I was met with all the sympathy of, well, not a lot. A cup of tea and a couple of manga chapters later (plus a dry down with a towel) and here I sit typing this post. I hope your day has been drier - here's to the next weekend coming round quicker and with less rain! XD

And I'm sorry your day was so poo... :S A dry towel, tea and manga does wonders - that would have been my remedy too... I hope you were feeling better after a little manga fix ;-) lol. |

So I finally received the copy of DDR Hottest Party 3 (with dancemat) I ordered before Christmas today and after 3 hours straight my feet are bloody killing me and I still haven't won the tournament final! Oh well plenty of time for that. I'm beginning to remember just how addictive ddr can be...

It happened while I was sparring with someone in my karate club, and he slightly misjudged his roundhouse kick - thus leading to the aforementioned injury. I thought I was fine at first; though the blood dripping from my eyelid swiftly dissuaded me of that notion!
It was an... interesting experience
