OH WOW! I am so glad that we're having it in 2012 now lol.
And you SHOULD be excited about EACON. It is going to rock the anime world!! Wooooohoo! Lol.
And feel free to mention the forbidden *in a dark husky voice* Animeleague..... *sith music starts to play* (lol) as much as you want. I'm not letting anyone come on here and start a fight about it. So long as comments/critiques are fair or voiced in a joking manner they are perfectly valid.
As far as I'm concerned anyone can say whatever the hell they like on here and if there is an argument I shall be taking said members into a private board and allowing them to yell the hell out of each other while playing unbias referee. Because I think it's 100 times more effective to actually get to the bottom of things and not try and hide behind politeness, and get things out in the open between the involved parties. Then make-ups and laugh-offs can occur. Yay!
Okay I went on a teeny bit of a rant there :S lol. But yeah, feel free to say whatever you like about whatever you like on this forum. They'll be no stepping on eggshells here. So long as you abide by the rules I don't much care lol. |

Yeah being able to say what you want is far more interesting. And you can get involved with lovely staff members like me and not be worried about talking politely because they're a staff member and other bullshit like that lol. |

We have actually I don't know whether Gem has put the info up, but we're thinking of having three guilds: Samurai, Shinigami and Sorcerers (I still reckon adding Shinsengumi would be awesome! xD), and each of them has a male and female mascot  Though that's just for the con - I don't know if we'll have a separate one for the forum yet or not! |

Yes, like Faye said we have a male and female character for each guild.
(I'll put a thread in the EACON board about the guilds now...)
We know pretty much how we want the characters to look and the attitudes they'll have. What we don't really have yet is the finer details of their appearance (like if they're going to have certain jewelery or intricate designs on their clothes etc.)
We have someone who says they might be interested in doing the artwork for them but you are more than welcome to show us what you've got with regards to artistry? ^^ The person we have interested in drawing them is an old friend of mine but she doesn't do digital art, so if you wanted to get some drawings done yourself then feel free to PM me for a full description of the characters, or you can always have a go at the digital side of things and making the drawings she does full bodied mascots? :S
We're open to a lot of ideas at the moment ^^ |
