no you don't need to vote again. The problem was I could either do a mass email, including those who had already voted, or I could look at the list of voters and then copy and paste the addies of all those who had not posted into a hotmail email.
I'm not surprised that I cocked up somewhere.

UPDATE ^^
Okay ladies and gents we've gotten too close now that we've hit 2011. Faye-san and I feel that we really need to move on and start contacting people so we're making a decision from your results.
As the results so far aren't particularly distinguished in any one direction we've decided to hold the convention from the 27th-29th of July.
After a lot of discussion we decided that, due to the dates of other conventions in the UK this was one of the best for not stepping on people's toes and, as it was second place in the number of votes it got we consider this to be a good mid-way between what you guys have voted for and how to stay on good terms with other conventions running over the summer...
Thanks for your participation, and we'll let you know as soon as we have a confirmed venue booking ^^.
