Hey everyone!
There has been an update to our Complete Rule Guide (please feel free to click this link to check the full thing, if ever you need to).
Due to the new layout and design of the forum, Youtube videos (with the advertisement next to them) stretch the page. I have attempted to use a code to make them smaller but this seems to have no effect.
I have therefore added a ban on Youtube videos being posted on this forum.
By all means, please post the links to a specific Youtube video so that the URL is there to be clicked on but please do not use the Youtube tags that construct the links into a square video.
To help remind people I have removed the Youtube box on the reply page.
In addition to this:
Obviously, if I see any previously posted Youtube videos I will try to edit them as best I can. However, the full links are not available within the tags, therefore it is difficult for me to find the original URL to replace the tags with.
Ergo, please, if anyone who knows they have posted a Youtube video could look back over their posts and, if they see any, modify their posts to the URL rather than the video, that would be hugely helpful. I'm sure I'm not the only one who dislikes it when the page is forced out of shape.
