I didn't wanna post my choices in the op so i'm sorry for the double post!

I adore Home Made Kazoku! >> They have their own folder on my mp3 player! :^
L.O.V.E, Ai no Kotoba, Nagareboshi and Fantastic 3 are probably my favourites by them!
I like Akeboshi as well, Peruna, Wind and Yellow moon!
TM Revolution and Gackt too :>
As for single songs hohoho;

I love-
Loop - Maaya Sakamoto.
It's the one at the end of Tsubasa Chronicles series 1.
I also absolutely adore the rest of the music from that anime - totally rocks.
For bands I love Aucifer, who were created as the band Lucifer/Aucifer from the manga/anime Kaikan Phrase. My favourite song of theirs has to be -

I may dig out favourite songs later, but for now bands would be: Aqua Timez, Hearts Grow, HIGH and MIGHTY COLOR, Hitomi Takahashi, HOME MADE Kazoku, L'Arc~en~Ciel, Megumi Hayashibara, nobodyknows+, Orange Range, Ore Ska Band, RIP SLYME, SEAMO, Utada Hikaru, UVERworld and YUI. And more probably~

Also pretty much anything by Kalafina (which has Kajiura Yuki, who composed a fair amount of music for Tsubasa Chronicles)
Also the Opening of Kuroshitsuji series 1 was pretty awesome SID done good thar!!

Unfortunately I don't know many Japanese bands.
There's an avant-garde black metal band called Sigh who I like.
And I love Cibo Matto.
Can any one recommend some good Japanese electronic music?
Or/and a band like Cibo Matto, perhaps with lyrics that are slightly less cheesy haha!

gothicassassinI'm afraid I don't know any exactly like Cibo Matto (they are pretty biazarre ha ha) Although You might wanna try Worlds end girlfriend (instrumental but mind blowing none the less). Or maybe you might even like RADWIMPS (Renbutterfly knows them better than me so she can tell you about them xD) Also most bands have the odd electonic influenced song try some stuff from MUCC or.....-can't think at the moment- I'm not really a fan of that sort of electronic stuff I prefer the more gothic/industrial offerings from bands like BLOOD STAIN CHILD, which combine electronic and metal!! or Virgins O.R Pigeons (not Japanese) xD Also if anyone is into traditional J-music (i.e shamisens etc) with a twist check out some of the Yoshida Brother's stuff on YT you will not be disppointed!
