I don't think I've seen Top Gun either. *Puts on list of to-watch*

Yeah i'm very bad for not having seen classic movies. I only watched Godfather 1 and 2 for the first time while I was living in New Zealand.

I tried watching The Godfather and didn't get what the fuss was about, I gave up after around half an hour.

I read the book first, which is actually better for the most part. The movie misses a lot of story out. On the other hand though, some of the montage sequences (mainly the one at the end) deliver the impact of the events much more effectively then could be conveyed in the novel.

That's always the way with adaptations though isn't it :S ?
And I haven't seen the Godfathers at all despite having the boxset... :S it was a free gift with an Empire magazine subscription.

I try to block such things from memory. I know I was less than impressed with Constantine, but I don't think it was the most awful film ever. The new Eureka Seven movie was pretty shocking as well.

I'm gonna put it out there and say that just about all of the Pokemon movies are obviously crap but we all love them anyway ^^

They're not awful in slightest. Cheesy at times, but still enjoyable.

OMG so true! That's an AWFUL movie.
And the Pokemon movies are cheese incarnate - which makes them crap but obscenely loveable ^^ lol.

Haven't seen Knowing, so I won't bother with it. On the other hand, I have seen Next which was good at points, but the ending certainly was not one of those points.

Lol oh dear.
Nicholas Cage is a fab actor. It's a shame his finances are down the pan and he has to do such god awful movies to rake the money back in... :S
