They're meant to be ankhs, the symbol of life, they're also embroidered on her shirt and on her belt. The pentagram, symbol of magic and balance between the four elements and the spirit in magic, bound within the circle of life is embroidered on her coat, I had thought it would be a symbol representing the school, while the ankh is the symbol of her status as one of the princeps

so this is only something done really quickly and not a final piece or even the piece i will end up submitting but is this similer to what you have your eye on? (its only my take on it)  Oh wow!
If that outfit were translated to fit a male form that would be perfect for Shinji I think. We were thinking a more sailor suit style outfit for Saki. But to be perfectly honest right now I don't care - that looks really cool!!! ^^ Though I think I'm becoming hyper over the idea of one of the characters actually taking form lol. If you want to stick with that outfit for her then feel free because it looks awesome, if you wanted comments on how it could be more like me and Faye-san imagined my comment would be to make it more sailor uniform like. But it's up to you ^^. hehe as i said its just a test one to see if i get the right idea, ill work on the proper one soon ^^ though maybe been staff i should just work on examples for other to follow? ^^;; hey ice thats really cool! ^_^ |

My bad, I wasn't looking closely enough before. That's really cool! - I love the idea of both symbols!!
And Tony don't worry, you can enter too - it doesn't matter if you're staff because the winner will be voted on, not decided by us - so no favouritism there ^^. |

Lol you guys don't need to be borrowing ideas. Like I said, this is for the conbook and you never know - when it comes to choosing the artist for the whole con we might look at your ideas and say - include these. lol. So I'm looking forward to seeing lots of different ideas and styles ^^. |
