Unfortunately Glee's entire basis was covering songs so there was bound to be a moment somewhere where they redid a song that would alienate their viewers.... :S it was a bit of a risk...
And I wouldn't mind watching the Social Network. I know that faye-san would like to see that one...
I also wanna see the King's Speech when it comes out ^^

Watched The Social Network the other night. Pretty entertaining. I actually thought Jesse Eisenberg was the weakest part, and I'm a fan of his

Well he was good in Adventureland even if it was a bit of a poo film... :S

I thought Adventureland was enjoyable, but then again I am a Ryan Reynolds fan. I thought Jesse was good in that, and definitely was good in Zombieland. I also thought Kristen Stewart was good in Adventureland to be honest.

Kristen Stewart was boring in Adventureland. But that's because she was given a boring character.
And I'm a Ryan Reynolds fan too.
Watched the Proposal the other day. Cracking rom-com ^^.

I watched that on the plane to NZ if I remember right (or at least around that time), and found it quite fun for the type of film.
I'm not to impressed by the first trailer for RR in Green Lantern. CGI just looks pretty bad for the scenes set on Earth.

Not yet seen it but I shall do at some point.
Probably tomorrow when I'm at the cinema.
Am going to see Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1. Yes I typed out the whole name. Why, I do not know.
Yes I'm seeing it the day it comes out.
Stop judging me.
And quit the laughing.

I'm not laughing. Though I am judging. Disappointed I am, but then again the human race disappoints in general more often than not.
I'm not hugely against the HP films, but I think I've only seen 1, 2 and 4. Then I found the 5th and 6th books to be pretty meh. I enjoyed 7, but haven't got around to re-reading the series.

You should definitely re-read the series as a whole- tis pretty good.
And you really haven't missed anything when it comes to the fifth and sixth films. they were total crap. the third one was pretty good though so you might wanna watch that.
and this film was the best of the best - it was actually a good movie rather than just a good hp movie (which it isn't that difficult to be).

I thought this we were discussing films, not TV shows that shamelessly and poorly cover music from more talented sources.
And yes, I do want to break things whenever I hear their appalling cover of Journey's "Don't Stop Believing"

I re-watched Fast & Furious (the 4th in the series) and watched for the first time Planet 51 last night, cos I wasn't tired, and they were free on Sky Player. F&F is enjoyable for what it is, that being fast cars going fast. Planet 51 I enjoyed despite it being a daft kids film, as most of the cast didn't sound exactly like they normally do, so I could buy into it more. It was also a fun stab at the American 50's and classic invasion films. It has a lot of hate by critic, but I liked it. Plus it Alien Puppy:

It wasn't a bad cover of Don't Stop Believing. I wish people wouldn't say that. I mean, you couldn't go anywhere without people singing it so obviously a vast majority of people liked it. And I think what Emma was talking about is a Rocky Horror version of Glee which I'm guessing will be a film. So that's how we're still on the topic of films... I think.
Aaaanyway, yosh I totally agree with faye-san here. Harry Potter was totally and utterly awesome. Have seen it twice now.
Also I have never managed to see the entire Fast and Furious. I keep missing the end.
